Our Vision

Raising the standards for Early Years Educators and the Little People within our care!

Our Values

Constant and Never-Ending Improvement through Holistic Wellbeing

We believe that the children and staff within our setting have the potential to achieve great things. We endeavour to help them on this journey by ensuring we do all we can to support them in all areas, personally and developmentally. Knowing each person or child as an individual ensures we are best placed to challenge them to grow and thrive.

Striving for Outstanding – Above and Beyond is the Bare Minimum

All of our Early Years Educators strive to provide a high-quality stimulating environment for every child within our care. We use reflective practice and a passion for childcare to ignite a lifelong love of learning for every child.

Community – it takes a Village to Raise a Child

We know that parenting can be hard and we want to ensure that every family gets the support they need from us to help their child achieve. We believe that strong parent partnerships and links to our local community are a vital part of helping children grow to be conscientious citizens of the future.

DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT…

“Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Dawny's for creating such a loving and safe environment for the children. My son absolutely loves nursery and has often asked to go in on his days off!”
Ravneet
“Adding my bit- it’s lovely that I can drop my son into nursery, and he goes in happily without a look back. I know he’s in good hands and having a wonderful time with the blossoms staff.”
Jennifer
“My daughter's are always warmly greeted at the door. That are always happy to go in the morning and this must be down to all the amazing staff at Dawny's. They feel happy, safe, and secure making them ready to learn and grow :)”
Mr Mak
“My daughter, loves her Monday’s, she is always excited to go play and cuddle the blossom team. She has so much fun laughing and engaging with her carers. Thank you all for such brilliant care and attention to her development. Laura and Karl ☺️😍”
Laura
“The girls in blossoms are all wonderful. We are greeted with lovely smiles every morning and my daughter is always happy going across to whoever comes for her. She is smiling at pick up time too which leaves me feeling confident and happy with her time at nursery. Her development is clearly improving nicely, and we thank all the girls for their efforts and time while we are unfortunately at work. It helps with the parent guilt when you know your child is so happy in your absence 🤩 Thankyou Blossoms Team”
Toni
“What a fantastic team. I feel really in the loop with my son's development. And he’s always jolly when we pick him up. My eldest looks on longingly through the car window when we drop her brother off! (“Daddy do I have to go to school today? Cant I just play at Dawny’s too?”) thank you all 🥳”
Ed
“I was so nervous for my daughter, our second child, to start her nursery life. But it's turned out to be a lot easier for her and us. The team have been very welcoming, and their updates give us the confidence to bring her in day after day. The atmosphere in blossoms is calm and interactive. She has also bonded well with her career and I can't believe how well she is doing. Thank you, ladies!”
Sabrina
“You ladies are just brilliant. The genuine care and love you give the children is heart-warming. I have seen my son grow and shape into a confident little guy and I know you guys have a massive part to play in that. So thank you very much. We appreciate you guys. (And Nikki... he still thinks you coming to our house one Sunday ;)”
Claudia
“Our daughter can’t wait to come into nursery in the morning and she has turned into such a happy little person while she is here. That is thanks to all the love and growth you have given her as a team over the last few months. She comes out of nursery with paint and messy play all over her and I love it as it shows what a great time she has had at nursery. Thank you all for everything.”
The Ingrams
“My daughter is always happy to go to her Blossoms carers. I’m very comfortable handing her over to all the staff at Dawny’s. And I’m sure she has lots of fun there. I love hearing about what she gets up to at pick up and seeing pictures of her and her nursery environment on Famly. She’s become a very happy and contented little person since starting Dawny’s 6 months ago. Thank you 🙏☺️”
Victoria
“My son has made lovely bonds with the blossoms staff in the few weeks since starting. I’m always happy to hand him to the staff as I know he’s in safe hands. I love seeing the pictures on Famly knowing that he’s enjoying himself and making friends, thank you to everyone in blossoms”
Rebecca
“We wanted to say a huge thank you to the Caterpillars team. Their energy and dedication is fantastic and my daughter really enjoys her days with them. They have been very supportive through a period of transition when my daughter's baby sister was born, and we are very grateful. Special thanks to Nikki for her support and advice during this time. Happy Nursery Practitioner’s Day to you all! We hope you have a great day- keep up the good work!”
Laura
“We are so grateful to the team in Caterpillars for everything they do for our son. He loves going to Nursey, and is always super excited to see all of his carers. They have helped him grow in confidence and make new friends, as well as being particularly supportive through his recent toilet training. He talks about his carers a lot at home, and often mentions how much Louise has helped him, Nikki has cuddled him and made him smile, and Leah has looked after him and given him stickers. Thank you to the whole caterpillar team for making his days special!”
Sammy
“Thank you for the wonderful team at Dawny’s - both our children love coming into the nursery. The team are just incredible. Thank you for everything you do for both of them.”
